The EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) commonly known as Tapping, is a mind-body technique that combines light acupressure meridian tapping while processing symptoms, emotions, events, and beliefs to quickly free restrictions in the body's energy system.  

EFT Tapping can help break your cycle of racing thoughts and emotions around pain or distress. Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, calls it “emotional acupuncture”. Tapping on specific points stimulates the energy meridian points in the body to facilitate the release of energy blocks.  In Chinese medicine, there are 12 energy meridians channels throughout the body.  These meridians can experience disruptions through blockages where unresolved subconscious emotions can be held.
